Samuel ★★★★★

My eight-year-old has a short fuse, and the Thought Stopping technique from this deck genuinely gave her a phrase to use when she feels the rage building. We've made it part of our after-dinner wind-down, and she actually asks to play it now.

Chloe ★★★★★

We've been using this card deck at home for a few weeks, and the "thought stopping" prompt really helps my son pause before he lashes out. The two-step technique feels simple enough for an eight-year-old to follow. It's actually made a noticeable difference in how fast he calms down.

Aurora ★★★★★

My 8-year-old actually asks to play this, which I never expected from something that's basically a coping skills lesson. The Thought Stopping cards gave him a phrase he now uses on his own when his little sister grabs his stuff.
