Explores external stressors, internal stressors, physical symptoms, emotional/behavioral systems, and stress relievers. Healthy competition and fun make this one of our best-selling games. Game has 16 laminated BINGO cards, 75 calling cards, facilitators instruction sheet, and reproducible handouts meant to be used in clinics or classrooms.
The categories really make you think—internal stressors versus external ones got our whole group talking for hours. Even the physical symptom cards hit close to home, and the competitive edge kept everyone engaged. We played three rounds back to back and only stopped because we ran out of snacks.
The cards covering physical symptoms like tight chest and headaches really got us talking about how stress shows up in our bodies. We played last night and the healthy competition kept everyone engaged.
Bought this for game night with my sisters and we ended up playing three rounds because the stress reliever squares cracked us up so much. The categories cover way more than I expected, from physical symptoms to emotional ones. Never thought a bingo game would get us talking this honestly.
