Review

Putting on the Brakes Activity Book is loaded with fun, engaging activities to help children with AD/HD understand themselves better and gain control over their lives. The easy-to-do activities help children learn how to make and keep friends, stay organized, and improve academic skills. When my students tried some of the activities, I saw immediate results, and so did they!

Isabella ★★★★★

The exercises are short enough that my daughter doesn’t lose focus halfway through, and the updated format keeps her engaged without feeling like homework. It’s rare to find a book that actually makes her want to work on her attention skills.

Benjamin ★★★★★

My son actually looked forward to working through the exercises in this book—the puzzles and challenges kept him engaged without feeling like homework. The activities on self-control and planning ahead have been especially useful for his daily routine.
