My 7-year-old actually asks to do pages from this workbook, which is a miracle for anything therapy-related. The prompts under each of the 25 topics get him talking about feelings he usually won't share.

Chloe ★★★★☆

The 25 topics are a solid mix, and I’ve already used the pages on feelings and sibling rivalry with my kids. Only downside is it feels more like a clinical handout than a fun activity book, but the content itself is genuinely useful.
