Used these for my dad's OT sessions after his stroke, and the different coin sizes turned out perfect for practicing his pincer grasp. The fifty-cent pieces are nice and chunky compared to the tiny pennies, so there's a real range to work with.

I bought these for my kindergartener to practice counting, and the size difference between the pennies and quarters makes it easy for little fingers to sort them. The plastic has a decent weight to it, not flimsy like some other sets I've tried, and 110 coins is plenty for making change games.
