Zoe ★★★★★

My daughter’s therapist recommended these for helping her name what she’s feeling, and the cards really do expand her emotion vocabulary—she’s started using words like “frustrated” instead of just mad. The scenarios on each card make it easy to start real conversations without it feeling forced.

Claire U. ★★★★☆

We’ve been using these cards at dinner to get my kids talking about their day, and it’s surprisingly effective. The emotion vocabulary on each card is really helpful, though I wish there were a few more cards in the deck for longer sessions.
