  • Help children determine if their tone and body language is appropriate
  • Convenient tool to communicate non-verbally to children
  • Increase self-awareness of tone and body language
  • Arrow slides to left or right to indicate "too much" or "too little"
  • Pack of 5

The Feedback Express-O-Meter is a fun and easy way to give children feedback about the appropriateness of their tone of voice and body language. Just keep it handy in the classroom, home, or in counseling sessions and use it to gently (and silently) alert students when  their level of expression is "too much" or "too little" and to acknowledge them when it is "just right." Or allow the students to use it themselves during social interactions. This helps them to fully internalize the skills they have learned.

Richard O. ★★★★★

The sliding arrow is what makes this work so well with my son—he can see exactly where his tone lands without me having to say a word. I keep one on the fridge and one in the car, and it's cut way down on the yelling.

Benjamin I. ★★★★☆

The sliding arrow helps my kids check themselves without me having to say a word. I wish the card stock was a bit sturdier for rough little hands, but it definitely gets the point across on tone and body language.

Joshua ★★★☆☆

The sliding arrow is a nice idea for teaching kids about tone, but the plastic feels flimsy and might not hold up to regular use. It does help start conversations about body language, though.
