Sofia ★★★★☆

We bought this for a high school health class, and the explanation of how alcohol disrupts the brain’s “normal” feeling was surprisingly clear. My only small complaint is that the DVD menu feels a bit clunky to navigate.

The 8th DVD in this season really breaks down brain chemistry in a way that clicks for teens, and the "normal" focus hits home for my high schooler. I just wish the case had a clearer episode menu for quick classroom jumping, but the content itself is solid.
