The cards clearly separate beginner and advanced coping strategies, which makes it easy to adapt for different ages. I just wish the game came with more scenario cards for identifying stressful situations, as we ran through them pretty fast during our session.

I bought this for my therapy group and the bingo format makes learning coping strategies feel more like a game than a lesson. The cards divide stress responses into beginner and advanced categories, which is helpful. My only small complaint is that the game board feels a bit flimsy for repeated use.
