The resin finish gives it a nice weight that doesn't tip over during imaginative play, which I appreciated. The little details on the windows and roof are sharper than I expected for the price.

Bought this for my daughter's play therapy shelf and the painted details on the roof and windows are sharper than the photos suggested. It's held up fine through a few weeks of daily handling, no chips on the edges yet.

The resin has a nice weight to it that makes it feel sturdier than most decorative pieces I've bought, and the little details on the country home really hold up to close inspection. My kids have already used it in their play therapy sessions and it's held up perfectly.
