The texture is oddly addictive, somewhere between soft and firm, and I find myself kneading it while I read. My hands actually feel less stiff after a long typing session.

I keep this on my desk for fidgeting during long calls and the stretching and snapping never gets old. The resistance really does work my fingers more than I expected, and it hasn't dried out after weeks of daily use.

My daughter's occupational therapist suggested putty for grip strength, and this one is perfect for our home sessions. The texture is wonderfully smooth and stretchy, and it keeps her hands busy during homework without being distracting.
