Used this in a small group counseling session and it got everyone talking way faster than my usual icebreakers. The thumball format works because people just toss it and answer whatever prompt their thumb lands on, no pressure to come up with something clever.

Brought this to our team meeting and the questions printed on each panel got everyone talking within minutes, even the quiet ones. The ball itself is soft enough to toss around a table without knocking anything over.

Tossed this around during our team meeting and the conversation went from awkward silences to everyone actually sharing their goals. The printed prompts are a clever mix that keeps the energy up without feeling forced.
