Dogs (set of 2)

The two dogs have completely different faces, so my son gave them names within five minutes of opening the box. They've been the stars of his sandbox stories all week — the little one is apparently the troublemaker.

My kids love using these two dogs to act out little scenes in the sandbox — the different poses mean they can have a chase or a friendly meeting.

The two dogs are painted differently enough that my son decided one was the mom and one was the puppy, which he then insisted on keeping together in the same corner of the sandbox. They're small but solid, and the detail on the faces holds up even after a week of daily digging.
